Mobile applications are no longer reserved only for the world's largest corporations. It is essential for a company to have a mobile app these days, regardless of the industry. It makes no difference how large or little your business actually is.
These entrepreneurs are beginning to develop as a result of their recognition of this trend. In point of fact, approximately half of all owners of small businesses intend to create a mobile application.
55% of small firms report that they are in the process of developing an app in order to boost their sales. While other companies justify their expansion by citing the need to better their relationship with their customers and maintain their position as a competitive player in a given market.

Clutch, a B2B research organisation, recently conducted a poll in which they found that nearly half of all small businesses will have a mobile app by the year 2017. That is a very outstanding number considering that just 20 percent of small businesses now have mobile apps.
A small business might have seen only ten percent of its entire traffic coming from mobile devices three years ago, but that number is probably closer to seventy percent right today. According to Viktor Marohnic, CEO of the app builder Shoutem, "the transition to a mobile app or a mobile-friendly site will become visible within the next couple of years." Citation needed.
In addition, according to Marhonic, the most evident early users of mobile apps for small businesses are those that interact directly with customers, such as restaurants, churches, local event organisers, car dealers, and retailers. He claims that the companies' primary goals are to develop customer loyalty programmes and to maintain open communication with their clientele.
The outcomes of the poll lend credence to Marhonic's thesis, as it was discovered that small businesses view customer loyalty elements (21 percent) as the most valuable feature of their existing mobile app. This finding lends credibility to Marhonic's assertion.
